Privacy Policy
Last updated: September 27, 2026
This policy explains how SIA F17 processes personal data when you visit the Listings Video Generator website or use its browser extension when available. Optional analytics are loaded only if you choose to allow them. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and browser storage in more detail.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is SIA F17, registration number 40203442765, VAT registration number LV40203442765, registered address: Friča Brīvzemnieka iela 7, Liepāja, LV-3401, Latvia.
For privacy questions or to exercise your rights, contact us at support@etsyvideogenerator.com.
2. What data we process and why
- Website technical data. Request time, page visited, basic browser and device details, referrer, and IP address may be processed to deliver and secure the website and troubleshoot failures. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website and, where applicable, compliance with a legal obligation.
- Support messages. If you contact us, we process your email address, any name you provide, your message, and related correspondence details so we can respond and resolve your request. The legal basis is taking steps at your request before entering a contract, performing a contract where relevant, and our legitimate interest in providing support.
- Analytics. Google Analytics and Vercel Analytics have separate controls. Neither analytics script is loaded before you consent to that provider. Google Analytics also requires a configured measurement ID. The legal basis is your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
- Media used in the Etsy video tool. The tool lets you choose images and clips already attached to an open Etsy listing, files from your device, or a combination of both. The selected source media is processed in your browser and is not stored on SIA F17 servers. The finished video is sent to Etsy only when you click the publish button. Etsy manages your account session; F17 does not ask for your Etsy password or OAuth access.
- Payments. Paid checkout is not currently active on this website. If paid plans become available, the payment provider and related data processing will be identified during checkout.
3. Analytics providers
If you allow Google Analytics, Google may process page-view events, browser identifiers, and related technical data. Google Ireland Limited generally serves users in the European Economic Area; Google LLC may also be involved depending on the applicable Analytics agreement and account setup. We do not use this website for ad personalisation. The specific provider and data-retention settings depend on the Analytics account configuration. See Google’s regional provider information.
Vercel Inc. states that Web Analytics does not use third-party cookies. It may process page URLs, referrer information, timestamps, coarse location, and browser, operating-system, and device details. Vercel’s documentation says its visitor session hash is discarded after 24 hours. See the Vercel Analytics privacy information.
4. Who may receive data
Data may be processed by providers that host and secure the website, provide email services, or provide analytics that you have enabled. We may also disclose data to public authorities where required by law. Providers may process data only to deliver their services and under applicable agreements.
If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, any transfer must rely on an applicable legal safeguard, such as an adequacy decision or standard contractual clauses.
5. How long we keep data
We keep support correspondence for as long as needed to respond and establish, exercise, or defend legal claims. Hosting and security log retention depends on the provider’s configuration and security needs. Your analytics choices are stored in your browser for 180 days. Analytics event retention is configured separately in each provider’s account.
6. Your rights
Depending on the legal basis, you may have the right to access, correct or erase your personal data, restrict or object to processing, receive a portable copy, and withdraw consent. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. To make a request, email us at the address above; we will respond within the period required by law.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Latvian Data State Inspectorate. Visit the Data State Inspectorate website.
7. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy when the service, data processing, or applicable requirements change. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with the updated date.
