These terms apply to the Listings Video Generator website and its browser extension when available. The service is provided by SIA F17, registration number 40203442765, VAT registration number LV40203442765, registered address Friča Brīvzemnieka iela 7, Liepāja, LV-3401, Latvia. By using the service, you agree to these terms.
1. The service
The tool is designed to create an Etsy listing video using images and clips already on the listing, files on your device, or a combination of both. When the video is ready, you can add it to the open listing by clicking the publish button. The tool does not ask for your Etsy password, an Etsy API key, or OAuth authorisation; it works in your browser with your Etsy session.
The planned free trial includes 3 video renders. Planned Pro prices are USD 7 per month or USD 69 per year. The extension is in development and is not yet available to install. Paid checkout is not live, so you cannot subscribe or be charged through this website.If purchases become available, the price, billing period, renewal and cancellation terms, and payment provider will be shown before you confirm a purchase.
2. Your content and responsibilities
You retain your rights to your images, videos, and other content. Use only material you are entitled to process and publish. You are responsible for reviewing the final video and listing information, choosing whether to publish, and complying with Etsy’s rules and applicable law.
Do not use the service to create unlawful or harmful content or to violate another person’s rights. Do not bypass security restrictions, disrupt the service, or seek unauthorised access.
3. Accounts and third-party services
Use may require a compatible desktop browser and an active Etsy session. You are responsible for access to your device and Etsy account. Etsy is an independent third-party service. SIA F17 is not affiliated with Etsy, Inc., and Etsy does not sponsor or endorse this tool. Etsy marks belong to their respective owners.
4. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation or compatibility with every browser version. Features, requirements, and prices may change. We may restrict access when needed for security, maintenance, legal compliance, or to address a breach of these terms.
5. Results and liability
The tool helps you create and publish a video, but it does not guarantee Etsy approval, search visibility, sales, or any specific commercial result. To the extent permitted by law, SIA F17 is not liable for indirect losses arising from use of, or inability to use, the service. Nothing in these terms limits mandatory consumer rights or liability that cannot be excluded by law.
6. Privacy and cookies
The Privacy Policy explains how personal data is processed. The Cookie Policy explains analytics and browser-storage choices. You can change your analytics preferences at any time.
7. Governing law and contact
